Overview

Pitch Stat Pro ("the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our iOS application and web application.

Information Collection and Use

Data We DO NOT Collect

Pitch Stat Pro does NOT collect, transmit, or share any personal information with us or third parties. Specifically:

• No personal identification information
• No usage analytics or tracking
• No advertising or third-party data sharing
• No account creation or login required
• No contact information collected
• No location data collected

Data You Create

All data you enter into Pitch Stat Pro is stored locally on your device and/or in your personal iCloud account:

• Player names
• Pitch statistics (types, zones, results)
• Team logos (photos you upload)
• App settings and preferences

This data belongs to you and never leaves your control.

iCloud Sync (iOS App)

The iOS version of Pitch Stat Pro uses Apple's iCloud to sync your data across your devices signed into the same iCloud account. This feature:

• Is optional (requires iCloud to be enabled on your device)
• Uses Apple's secure CloudKit infrastructure
• Syncs data only between devices signed into YOUR iCloud account
• Is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy
• Does not share your data with us or any third parties

We have no access to your iCloud data. All syncing is handled directly by Apple's iCloud service.

Web App Data Storage

The web version of Pitch Stat Pro stores all data locally in your browser's localStorage. This data:

• Never leaves your browser
• Is not transmitted to any server
• Is not accessible by us or any third party
• Can be cleared at any time through your browser settings

Photo Library Access (iOS App)

When you upload a team logo, Pitch Stat Pro requests permission to access your Photo Library. This permission:

• Is only used to select a photo for your team logo
• Does not upload photos to any server
• Stores the selected photo locally on your device
• Can be revoked at any time in iOS Settings

Data Storage

All app data is stored in locations under your control:

1. iOS - Local Storage: SQLite database on your device in the app's sandboxed container
2. iOS - iCloud: CloudKit private database in your personal iCloud account
3. Web - Browser: localStorage in your web browser

None of these locations are accessible to us or any third parties.

Data Sharing

Pitch Stat Pro allows you to export PDF reports containing your statistics. When you use the export feature:

• You choose who to share the PDF with (via Messages, Email, AirDrop, etc.)
• The PDF contains only the statistics you choose to export
• No data is sent to us or any third party servers
• All sharing is done directly through iOS sharing capabilities or browser download

Children's Privacy

Pitch Stat Pro does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13. The app is designed for coaches and parents to track statistics and requires no personal information.

Third-Party Services

Pitch Stat Pro does NOT use:

• Analytics services (no Google Analytics, Firebase, etc.)
• Advertising networks
• Social media integrations
• Third-party data processors
• External servers or APIs

The only external service used is Apple's iCloud (optional, iOS only), which is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Data Security

Your data security is important:

• All iOS data is stored in iOS's secure app sandbox
• iCloud data is encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple
• Web app data is stored locally in your browser
• No data is transmitted to our servers (we don't have any)
• You control all data deletion through the app's reset features

Your Data Rights

You have complete control over your data:

• Access: All your data is visible in the app
• Export: Generate PDF reports of your statistics
• Delete: Reset individual player data or all data via Settings
• Control: Disable iCloud sync in iOS Settings if desired

Changes to Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted in:

• This document (with updated "Last Updated" date)
• App Store listing updates
• In-app notifications for significant changes
